Shipping Protection is an optional cover we offer at checkout, that gives you peace of mind from the moment your order leaves our HQ until it arrives at your door. If something goes wrong in transit, we’ll help resolve it quickly so you’re not left out of pocket.

What Shipping Protection Covers

Shipping Protection may cover:

• Parcels lost in transit
• Items damaged during shipping
• Packages marked as delivered but not received (porch theft or delivery issues)

All claims are reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

Submitting a Claim

If you experience an issue with your delivery, please visit our Claim page and enter your name and order number.  

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.
