FREE STANDARD POSTAGE ON ORDERS OVER $100!
All retail orders under $100 receive standard shipping for $5 and have the option to upgrade to express shipping for $10.
Shipping charges are calculated before checking out and are based on the weight of the items.
International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, custom duties and fees and these are levied once the shipment reaches the country of destination. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Bella Bronze are required to state the full value of the sale on the outside of the shipment.
Please note coupon codes and discounts do not apply to shipping charges.
We choose to ship with a range of providers including Australia Post E Parcel, DHL, Couriers Please and Fastway Couriers. We pride ourselves on consistently offering a high level of customer service and will always go above and beyond to ensure our products reach you as soon as possible. We will endeavour to post all purchases made before 1pm (AEST) that day and any orders made after this time will be sent the following day.
*Please note: During peak periods (Sale or Public Holiday periods), same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.
We choose the fastest and most appropriate delivery method for your area, with timeframes ranging from 1-3 days on most domestic orders. Please note that we will not be held accountable for shipping delays due to carrier issues and cannot guarantee overnight delivery.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email to let you know your order will be shipped within 24hrs. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout as we will not be held accountable for undelivered items due to incorrect information. If you are aware that you will not be home during the day we recommend having your order sent to an alternate address when checking out. We will not confer via Facebook or Instagram for any order enquiries.

PRE ORDER ITEMS
Shipment of your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend making two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have not received your item within 5 business days please email email@example.com and we will do our best to help track down your item if you have had no response from your shipping carrier. We will not be held accountable for lost or stolen items. This is the responsibility of the buyer to follow up with the carrier. By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our shipping terms and conditions and no items will be refunded if they are not delivered due to no fault of our own.
If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in the transit, an incorrect item or a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order with your order number, a photo of the item and the box it was sent in if stock was damaged. Stock must also be unopened and in it's original state.
Please note that we do not refund for change of mind purchases. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via email before your item is shipped. We will not be held accountable for incorrect addresses being supplied and a fee to redirect this will be charged. We recommend taking extra care when checking out to ensure you have chosen correctly. Please contact us via email for any other issues and we will aim to respond within 1 business day. Please note, if a refund is to be issued, this will not have the shipping fee included. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order with the following information to email@example.com
