International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, with couriers selected to ensure the best possible delivery option for your destination.
Please note that international orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, or fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. As required by law, Bella Bronze must declare the full value of your order on all international shipments.
Kindly note that discount codes and promotional offers do not apply to shipping costs.
Delivery Couriers
We partner with a carefully chosen selection of trusted couriers, choosing the most efficient option based on your location.. Our primary carriers are Australia Post and DHL.
At Bella Bronze Tan, exceptional customer service is at the heart of everything we do. Our team takes great care in preparing and dispatching your order and will always go above and beyond to ensure it reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Orders placed before 1pm (AEST) are dispatched the same business day, while orders placed after this time will be sent the next business day.
Please note: During peak periods such as sales, promotions, or public holidays, same-day dispatch may not always be possible due to increased order volume. We are also closed on weekends.
We always select the fastest and most appropriate delivery method for your area, with most local standard postage orders arriving within 1–3 business days. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, shipping timeframes are subject to carrier operations, and we’re unable to guarantee overnight delivery or accept responsibility for courier-related delays. We recommend upgrading to express postage should you need to ensure a quicker delivery.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. If this email doesn’t arrive, please reach out to us at orders@bellabronzetan.com.au and our team will be happy to assist.
To ensure seamless delivery, please double-check that your name, email address, and shipping details are correct at checkout. Bella Bronze Tan will not be held responsible for undelivered parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of purchase.
Undelivered/Returned Parcels
If you know you won’t be home during the day, we recommend selecting an alternate delivery address at checkout, as parcels requiring a signature may be redirected to your local post office if no one is available to receive them.
All Bella Bronze Tan orders are sent signature required as an added layer of protection against loss or theft - this is done with our customers’ best interests in mind. If you would like to authorise the parcel to be left without a signature, please email us at orders@bellabronzetan.com.au prior to dispatch or add a note on your order.
Please note: even with authority to leave, we cannot guarantee the courier will leave the parcel. In some cases, drivers may still deem it unsafe or unsuitable to do so and redirect the parcel for collection. All fees to resend are the responsibility of the customer.

Pre-Order Items
If your order includes pre-order items, the shipment of any in-stock products may be delayed until your pre-order is ready to ship.
For faster delivery of in-stock items, we recommend placing two separate orders: one for pre-order products and one for items currently in stock.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at orders@bellabronzetan.com.au. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly first, as they can often provide faster updates to the receiver. We will gladly assist in tracking your parcel if you haven’t received a response from your courier.
Please note that Bella Bronze Tan cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Responsibility for following up with the courier lies with the recipient. By placing an order with us, you agree to our shipping terms and conditions; no refunds will be issued for items not delivered due to no fault of our own.
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, incorrect products, or faulty products, please email orders@bellabronzetan.com.au within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a photo of the item and a photo of the packaging if the item was damaged. Items must be unopened and in their original condition for us to process a replacement or refund.
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately upon opening your parcel at orders@bellabronzetan.com.au with the following:

Photos of the contents as they were arranged, showing the items received and the missing item

Any other images that may assist in verifying the missing item
Please note that claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Our system automatically calculates order weight, so failure to provide accurate images may void your claim.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days.
Returns
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us before your items are shipped. We recommend double checking your order at checkout to ensure you’ve selected the correct products.

If a refund was to be issued for any reason, shipping fees are non-refundable.
