Shipping charges are calculated before checking out and are based on the weight of the items. We only offer a trackable shipping option for a fast and secure shopping experience.
International shipments may be subject to local import taxes, custom duties and fees and these are levied once the shipment reaches the country of detination. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Bella Bronze are required to state the full value of the sale on the outside of the shipment.
Please note coupon codes and discounts do not apply to shipping charges.
We choose to ship with Australia Post and Fastway Couriers. We pride ourselves on consistently offering a high level of customer service and will always go above and beyond to ensure our products reach you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we are a busy salon as well as a company and that sometimes we are unable to post last minute items due to our girls being heavily booked. We will endeavour to post all purchases made before 3pm (AEST) that day and any orders made after this time will be sent the following morning.
Bella Bronze Tan uses Australia Post Express and FastWay Couriers for all orders. We choose the fastest and most appropriate delivery method for your area, with timeframes ranging from 1-3 days on most domestic orders.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email to let you know your order will be shipped within 24hrs. Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout as we will not be held accountable for undelivered items due to incorrect information. If you are aware that you will not be home during the day we recommend having your order sent to an alternate address when checking out.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have not received your item within 5 business days please email email@example.com and we will do our best to help track down your item. We will not be held accountable for lost items but will endeavour to track your item down as best as possible. The added option of registering and insuring your order is available at the checkout at an extra charge. If you receive a parcel that has been damaged in the transit or a faulty item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we do not refund for change of mind purchases. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us via email before your item is shipped. We recommend taking extra care when checking out to ensure you have chosen correctly. Credit notes and vouchers may apply in some instances.
